Colesar maps, analyzes, and surfaces financial access relationships. Colesar does not take automated action on your systems, revoke access, or block payments unless such capability is explicitly implemented and authorized by your organization.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Colesar retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its underlying technology and documentation.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with a reasonable degree of care.

Security

Colesar maintains technical and organizational measures designed to protect data processed on the platform.

Third-Party Systems

Colesar is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party systems you connect to the platform.

Disclaimers

Colesar provides intelligence and analysis regarding financial access. It does not provide banking, financial, legal, or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee that it identifies every possible access path or prevents fraud unless such capability is explicitly implemented.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colesar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Colesar against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to the platform in accordance with the applicable agreement between the parties.
